Autism & ADHD Life or Parenting Coaching

Life Coaching for Autistic, ADHD and AuDHD adults and Parenting Coaching

It often feels that life as an autistic, ADHD or AuDHD person is like unknowingly playing a game on hard mode. Most advice is to try harder, just push through, while you have no idea why everything feels so difficult and overwhelming. Maybe you don't know what to change or how to change it, maybe you feel stuck in a life situation that you know doesn't suit you but it feels too much to change it, maybe you're just living in survival mode from day to day or in burn out. Or maybe you just need support from someone who understands how you think, in order to do things differently.

I offer kind and compassionate life coaching which goes at your pace, and helps you formulate your goals and then achieve them. If you struggle to work out what you want, or to stick to your aims, or to motivate yourself, coaching can help clarify your way forward and keep you accountable to get going. No boot camps here, just support.

I also offer parenting coaching - given that neurodivergence is highly heritable, autistic, ADHD and AuDHD parents are often parenting autistic, ADHD and AuDHD kids with little support or understanding. Clashing sensory needs, issues with food and sleep, and overwhelm, are all common issues in neurodivergent households and standard parenting advice often seems to make things worse, while also making neurodivergent parents feel judged and misunderstood. If you'd like some help with making practical changes that you can stick to and which actually help, coaching can help.
